Forest Sound Walk

To capture the sounds of the forest, you will use a recording device with a specialized microphone and high-quality headphones.

At the beginning, you will learn about all the things you need to know how to handle the equipment. Every participant gets a backpack with a recording device, microphone, tripod and headphones. After the introductory »lesson« we enter the forest.

Experience forest`s sound in the comfort of Tentsile hammock.

Forest Sound Hike for Kids

Children are the ones who teach us how vital it is to embrace every single moment in life as a pure miracle. When we listen and pay attention to the forest that can be a purely magical experience full of unique sounds. The Forest Sound Hike will teach your children to identify various sounds in the forest environment. But most of all, it will encourage them to look at the forest from a new perspective.

Forest Sound Experience at Dawn or Dusk

Forest is a unique natural environment that it is especially magical at dawn, when nature is waking up, and at dusk when its rhythm is slowly winding down. Spending time in the forest at dawn or dusk is without a doubt a unique experience. This experience brings us closer to those magical parts of the day when we are usually still deeply asleep or just about to go to bed in the evening.

Forest sound experience at Dusk:

We enter the forest when it is still some daylight, and then wait for the nightfall.

Forest sound experience at Dawn:

We enter the forest when there is still dark outside. Then we patiently wait for those magical moments when the new day is born.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and additional layers made out of natural materials. Summer nights at Jezersko can still be pretty chilly
